If you are inquiring about a code or deal that is not working, we have a few tips for you.
1. Make sure there is nothing else in your cart. Depending on the way our clients setup their discounts, they might only work if there is 1 item in the cart.
2. Sometimes there can be multiple sellers on 1 listing and the codes will only work for 1 seller. Try another seller on that listing to see if the code works then.
3. Some codes only work for a certain size or color on Amazon. Most of these listings are specific to that variation and please make sure you are selecting the right color and/or size when adding to cart.
4. Sometimes, you might need to search the page before and/or after the page you land on to find the product you have a code for.
5. If you are trying to grab a deal for the same product twice, a code might not work for you depending on how our clients set up their codes.
- If you cannot still get a code to work, or cannot find a product after you have grabbed a code, please give us the code and product in question so we can investigate it further.
To obtain a new code, please contact the company selling the product through the "contact buyer" button on the listing to request a new code. If we get multiple complaints about a promotion not working, we will shut it down immediately.
UberZon Club cannot give out extra codes in theses situation for our clients unfortunately. We can only distribute the amount of codes per day per our client's instructions.
